Susan C. Kincaid is an associate with Demeter Communications. Susan started in the advertising business at The Dakota Farmer then moved to Maurice Paulsen Advertising – now Paulsen AgriBranding. After stints at Lawrence & Schiller, Paragon Advertising, Fletcher/Mayo and CMF&Z, Susan started her own business, All Media Inc., in 1993. She currently resides in Lenexa, Kansas.
